Stay conditions:
-Garage is free if available
-The rental begins at 17.00 pm on the day of the arrival and finishes at 10.00 am on the day of the departure.
-Deposit of 40% at the booking and full payment on arrival – If you cancel your booking the deposit of 40% will not be refunded
-Pets are not welcome.
-Caution money of 100,00€ per apartment on arrival. - During New Year's Eve period and in case of group of young people caution of 50,00 Euro per person.

PAY ATTENTION FREE SKI WEEKS
-minimum 4 people in an apartment of 4 beds,
-min. 8 people in an apartment of 8/10 beds
-min. 5 people in an apartment of 6 beds.

If people who come are less than 4 or 8 or 5, the other guests have to pay an added price of 130,00 Euro per person who did not come. If a person does not go skiing he/she has to pay 130,00 Euro.
